Our Philosophy

We believe in the value of human diversity and the fair treatment of all people.

We believe All learners have the right to feel good about themselves and it is the

responsibility of all teachers to nurture each learner’s self-esteem.

We believe each child is a unique individual and has his or her own needs. Each child has a right to meet this need in his or her own way and in his or her own time. However, one of the responsibilities of having rights is recognizing and respecting the rights of others.

We believe learners deserve to have teachers who are capable and caring and whose values

enable them to be excellent role models. Our educational and guidance decisions are based on our knowledge of child and learner development.
